Hello everyone, I want to share the experience of my pregnancy journey under the supervision of Dr Nidhi Patel. I'm a defence/paramilitary personnel. I was trying to conceive naturally but failed, I was looking for a gynecologist in Mehsana then heard about Dr Nidhi Patel from my colleagues and I started treatment from January'2023 by IO(induced ovulation) and conceived after 3 cycles. Like other women, I also faced many problems in pregnancy such as bleeding in early stage, gestational diabetes, leg cramps, opening of the uterus in 7/8 month, But all these problems were easily solved by the care and treatment of a dedicated doctor. I choose normal delivery to give birth. I believe that if God has given us the privilege of becoming mothers, then also give us strength to bear the labour pain. For this, from the eighth month I have started sitz baths, massage (back, inner thigh, perineal) and especially attention to exercise (at least 30 minutes of walking, duck walk, butterfly, cow/cat, deep squat, breathing exercise). Keeping your body active in the last trimester significantly increases the chances of normal delivery. With the dedication of Dr. Nidhi Patel and her staff towards their profession, my pregnancy journey was a great experience and on 15th January 2024, at 37 weeks pregnancy, I gave birth to a healthy baby. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Nidhi and Nirav Patel for making my journey wonderful treatment for conception, pregnancy and delivery (almost 1 year). I always wish Dr. Patel and his family a happy and healthy life😊🥰👏.May God 🙏 bless them.
